BIOGRAPHY

ANU BEROZGAAR PHOTOGRAPHY

I am Anubhav Anand, an amateur photographer, a music enthusiast, a street observer and basically an old soul who tries to find beauty in brokenness. It's ironical though that I was born and brought up in Buddha's land Gaya but I haven't found peace till now and I have halted for a while in Delhi on my journey, not aware where my seeking takes me further. Every picture that I capture I have a soul connection with it. I try to portray the real roots of India, people who are still struck in the tussle between earning an identity for themselves and making a living. The people who belong to that India, which is somewhere lost in its past trying to build a promising future which often seems hopeless to them. The rawness and the absolute integrity of their emotions attracts me to capture them just in time. Because that's what is real in the era of filters. No fakeness. No pretention. Just human. I'm a music enthusiast too and I connect every picture I click with some song which reminds me of that absolute vibe which at some point inspired me. Half of me is because of Mr GB Merigo. He is the one who brought me up into the light and in front of people.
